Bulgar Veg Balls is my own recipe which is inspired from the Falafel and the Çiğ köfte. This dish is crispy outside and fresh inside. It’s a healthy and refreshing vegan snack. Cooking of this recipe is also easy and fast. It’s a life saver for many students who is living alone in abroad 😉. It adds more nutirents to your everyday need.
